Held on the 3rd Sunday of the month, you're sure to find the special handmade gift you've been searching for. The Cabarlah Country Markets, 20 minutes north of Toowoomba, draw large crowds when held on the last Sunday of the month (Second Sunday in December). With over 250 stalls selling everything from plants to jewellery, toys, craft, fruit and vegetables and bric-a-brac, live music and children's activities there is something for everyone. For that country market experience, take a short drive out of town and visit the Crows Nest Lions Village Markets held on the 1st Sunday of the month or the Steele Rudd Country Markets held at Cambooya on the last Saturday of the month.
